The iFlow® HRV Scan measures this fluctuation in a short, calm measurement that always takes five minutes. You carry it out at the beginning of the appointment, before the actual treatment, and gain five values at once: stress load, autonomic balance, recovery capacity, inflammaging score and autonomic age. Afterwards, you as the beautician decide whether to add a second, one-minute RSA test, in which your client breathes in a prescribed rhythm. This additional measurement makes the result even more precise and is optional.
The HRV test provides the five basic values mentioned. The RSA test adds four further values on breathing-related stress regulation: stress regulation capacity, cardiovascular adaptability, breathing-related recovery capacity and regulatory scope.
